As the Slush A Rama base product is non-dairy & shelf stable, it does not require overnight freezing or even refrigeration. The very first time you freeze down your slushy product in your new freezer, it will take just under an hour to attain the desired consistency. In subsequent freeze downs thereafter, the slush machine will require 35 to 40 minutes to attain consistency. Simply switch on the freezer as part of your daily opening routine, and you'll be ready to start selling by the time you open for business.
Our concentrated natural flavor extracts are formulated for 1% usage, so adding one pump of extract per 4 ounces of finished product will give you just the right flavor profile. As it happens, all drink cups you have on hand are multiples of four; a 12-ounce cup would require three pumps of flavor extract, a 16-ounce cup would need four pumps, and so on. |
